Cancellation & Refunds

SonoRev is a recurring subscription operated by Flickwand LLC and billed through Stripe (currently USD $4.99 per month, unless a different price is shown at checkout). It renews automatically each month until you cancel. The full rules live in our Terms of Service (sections 5 and 6); this page is the short version.

1. How to cancel

Open the app at sonorev.com/app → Settings → Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel in a few taps.

Canceling stops future renewals. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, your paid access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

2. EU / EEA / UK: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK buying this digital service at a distance, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the distance contract, as described in the Terms (section 6).

When you subscribe, you are asked to consent to immediate performance (paid access starts right away) and to acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once performance begins, to the extent permitted by the Consumer Rights Directive and national law. Your mandatory rights on conformity of digital content and services are not affected.

3. Billing questions

Failed payments, duplicate charges, taxes, or anything else billing-related: [email protected]. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be limited under your local consumer law.
