Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar browser storage SonoRev (operated by Flickwand LLC) uses on sonorev.com and the /app/ ride experience. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Short version: we use no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics cookies, and no cross-site tracking. Everything listed here is strictly necessary to run, secure, or remember the Service.

1. Cookies we set (first-party)

sonorev-rt — set only after you sign in. A backup of your sign-in refresh token so browsers that clear local storage (for example Bluefy on iPhone) can keep you signed in. Lifetime up to 60 days; removed when you sign out. Strictly necessary for the sign-in feature.

2. Cookies set by our infrastructure

__cf_bm — set by Cloudflare, the content delivery and security network in front of our hosting (DigitalOcean App Platform). It helps distinguish humans from malicious bots. Lifetime about 30 minutes. Strictly necessary for security. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

3. Local storage (not cookies)

The app keeps working data in your browser’s local storage on your device. It is not sent to us as tracking data:

sonorev-v1 — your app settings (volume, engine voice, units, top speed, trip distance, Demo mode).
sonorev-preview-spent-ms — how much of the free Demo time you have used.
sonorev-install-id — a random identifier used only to enforce the free Demo time limit and prevent abuse.
Supabase auth session (key starting with sb-) — your sign-in session while you are signed in.

4. Third-party pages and requests

Stripe — checkout and the subscription portal run on Stripe’s own pages (for example checkout.stripe.com), where Stripe sets its own cookies for payment and fraud prevention under Stripe’s privacy policy.
Google Fonts — pages load font files from Google’s servers. The Google Fonts API does not set cookies; Google may log technical request data such as IP address.

5. Your choices

All storage listed above is strictly necessary for the features it supports, so we do not show a cookie consent banner.
You can clear cookies and site data for sonorev.com in your browser settings at any time. Clearing data signs you out and resets local app settings; it does not restore used Demo time.
Signing out removes the sonorev-rt cookie and your auth session.
